For generations Aunt Berta's family lived in a small mountain village in Europe.
They took the fresh bounty of their fruit orchards and turned them into brightly
colored, delicious preserves. The tradition began with her great grandmother
who had a large kettle resting on an open fire in the kitchen's hearth. She
developed her own formula based on fruit, sugar and tender loving care. She
knew exactly how long to stir the bubbling fruit in order to bring out its
natural flavor and when to stop in order to preserve its natural color. Testing
the blend for taste and texture, she'd give an approving wink and immediately

Today, Aunt Berta is sharing her preserves and marmalades with you. The once
small kitchen has been transformed into a family-sized state-of-the-art manufacturing
facility with a daily output of thousands of jars. In addition to a spacious
area for hand-preparing the fruit, this enlarged farm-sized factory is equipped
with the latest cooking, filling, pasteurizing and cooling systems. Yielding
